I tried to figure out what you were trying to say by reading the German and the English version. Sadly I had to guess quite often…
I did not understand this part at all:

Bisher ist der einfache griechische Steuerzahler gezwungen worden alle Straftaten durch Steuererhebungen zu bezahlen.
Europa sollte die Märkte unter Druck setzen und nicht umgekehrt.

Wenn es Anti-Deutsches oder Anti-Europäisches Verhalten von dem griechischen Volk gibt, wird dies das Ergebnis der spezifischen Instrumente sein, die Sie und anderer politischer Führer den Griechen aufgebürdet haben.
Wenn es eine Strafe geben sollte, dann nicht die Einziehung der Vermögenswerte der griechischen Bürger und nicht des Staats Griechenland, sondern des politischen Systems und der darin involvierten Menschen.
Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurden die Griechen nicht von Deutschland entschädigt. Ich schreibe dies nicht, weil ich etwas als Person, noch als Grieche verlange, aber Sie sollten eine höhere Sensibilität für das griechische Volk an den Tag legen.

now about the exact translation of the greek paragraphs you reffer, for understanding i will try to explain further what is happening in greece.
the prime minister of greece Papandreu in 2009 brought the International Monetary Fund to greece , this mean the american capital to a state country of the european union.
so this was an invasion of america to the internal of european union.
Papandreu himself is also AMERICAN citizen with usa passport.
for bring the International Monetary Fund to greece under his commands the statistic foundation of greece said that greece has a bigger debt that it was in reality.
so then he could asked for 'help', that means to be controled the country from the International Monetary Fund
before 2 weeks there were members of the greek statistic foundation , who had reffered to this.
so you understand now how big is the corruption to this country. and all this time there was in europe newspapers and magazines such as focus in germany and many others, which said how lasy are the greeks and many other lies. those lies pushed the country to a real debt problem, as noone trust it.
so as you see to this 'game' there many players , which destroy complete our economy and our future. and then germany said, ok i will give you some money but you have to pay about 6% or 7% . and there was no other way as the International Monetary Fund dont leave us to msake any development policy, as its members wanted their past money back.
so the men of the International Monetary Fund every some months goes to the ministries of greece and give orders and behave as the masters of the country.
so in my paragraph , i reffer that also lately in nowdays also some germans have sended from the german goverment for similar reason and i just reffer that all those are not wellcome from greek people. because we the greek people we have not choosen any of these.
ofcourse all those become because of the greek prime minister.
i have not problem to accept any german real help , advice or whatever, me and most of people we are not against european or against german./

did you know that in GREECE made electrical vehicles about 1975 but the goverments of greece bother it and made million of problems so the industry that made it stoped exist? [link]

it was my dream that any family in europe, with the technology rhat we have could have a small or a bigger part of land, so to make via control robots, vegetables and whatever needed from earth. robots energy would be electric, taken from wind and the sun (solar)

I followed the media about the development in Greece from the time on when our media had nothing better to do than to print stuff like that: [link] <_<’’’’
But since then, the media has changed its way of reporting greatly (=> it shows as many opinions as possible) and since I don’t understand much about economics, I don’t know who is telling the truth and who is lying (or simply does not know any better).
But maybe I can explain to you the German view of what is happening.

When we (the German public) first heard about the possibility that we might have to give money to Greece, many people became very angry and quite many magazines / TV-shows fueled this anger by writing very degrading things about Greece.
The people reacted this way because:
1) When the Euro got establish, one of the main promises was that no country would have to pay for each other’s debts.
2) Just a short while before the “Greek-crisis”, our politicians made big cuts in the welfare system. They told us that they had to do this so that Germany can stay competitive with other nations.
So now people thought that they had been lied to and that they had to pay for other people that did not have to suffer from cuts in the welfare system. (Not to mention that some Greeks started a protest… this was seen as quite ungrateful).

But as soon as some Greeks got hurt (or died) most of the media changed its view.
It then tried to show what was happening to the people of Greece and whether or not the accusations it had made before, were founded (in most cases they weren’t…).

Then came Nations like the USA and tolled Germany that it should take the leading part in the Euro-crisis.
This did not sit well with many Germans because “Germany as the leader” brought back many bad memories…

Nowadays the media is mostly focusing on:
- how much will we have to pay?
- how will this affect other in-debt-countries? (Italy, Portugal,….)
- how will this affect giver-countries? (Especially those that have a lower standard of living than Greece)
- what can Germany and its companies do to make Greece competitive?
-what is keeping investors away from Greece? (For example: the corruption)
-What are the rich Greeks doing to help their country? (…not much… they try to save their money by buying houses in Berlin…… -_-‘’’’)
- What are Greeks saying about Greece? (They show every opinion from people that say “Just give us the money without any strings attached” to people that say “Don’t give Greece any money. It’s their own fault, so they have to suffer the consequences by themselves”.
-How much do we (the Euro-countries) have to hurt the independency of Greece so that the money will be spent on making Greece more competitive instead of making rich people richer?
-How can we prevent another crisis from happening?
-Will the things that our politicians are doing help the Greeks in the long run (even if they might hurt them now) or do they only care about the banks?

I hope that our politicians can help Greece. And I think there must be some strings attached to the money so that other countries will have to think twice before they make richer countries their paymasters. I hope that the situation in Greece will soon get better and that the Greeks won’t have to suffer too much because of the austerity.
