Because to my last major Sp1 themes i have setted the folderband inside the preview pane, and there some users who dont want this and who want folderband always shown so for that i made this work.
so, as some users who use my sp1 ZEUS osX for Win 7 32bit [link] or 64 bit [link] want to have their folderband always shown, i have modified a 32 bit sp1 microsoft shell32.dll (code) to this pack for any user uses 32bit version of Windows 7 and i also have included an already modified 64 bit sp1 microsoft shell32.dll to this pack for any user uses 64bit version of Windows 7.
THIS WORK its not a stand alone work. IT HAS BEEN MADE FOR USING together with my ''sp1 ZEUS osX for Win 7'', just replacing the shell32.dll of your system and use this from this pack ONLY if you want to have always visible to your explorer the folderband.
Then go to Control pane [view by category] -->so Go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window Never Notify. Restart Copy all the folders included in the folder 'SP1 additional themes' [after unzip all files, and copy them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes ,provided C is your Windows drive).
a. Obtain Permisions and Ownership of shell32.dll that located in C:\Windows\System32 ( example of taking ownership to a random system file [link] , internet explorer compatible)
b. Backup you original shell32.dll by renaming them to shell32.old1
Copy the new shell32.dll from this pack to C:\Windows\System32
restart.
(for 64 hit users only : there is another shell32.dll to your system located to c:\windows\syswow64 and this must be replaced from the 32bit version shell32.dll that existed on my pack as the files of c:\windows\syswow64 are 32bit ones!!!)
==================== so:
32 bit users please follow the I N S T R U C T I O N S SP1 (32 BIT Version) TEXT [link]
64 bit users please follow the I N S T R U C T I O N S SP1 (64 BIT Version) TEXT [link]
BECAUSE some of the themes, such as the transparent, and the brushed , that i have already realeased have a more narrow folderband, in which in this particular modification does not look as i preffer, so i realease compatible themes with this [they have bigger size folderband as my Leon or Aero].

if the appearance of your theme is the clasic of microsoft then thus will be for this reason:
1. first be sure you have install the themes at the right folder to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
in my instruction text i reffer: Copy all the folders included in the folder 'SP1 additional themes' [after unzip all files, and copy them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes ,provided C is your Windows drive). so copy the folders that are inside the folder 'SP1 additional themes' , and not the the folder 'SP1 additional themes' to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
2. sometimes just restart your system, sometimes the changing of the themes dont apply until restart.
3. some specific microsoft updates make the uxcore utility [the small application that enables your system using 3rd party visual styles/themes , like mines] stop working. now becarefull you have not reinstall. if you do its possible the problem remained. So, go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features amd UNINSTALL first the uxcore application, then restart. now INSTALL uxcore application, then restart. ---------
i did because there users like you who want this. personaly i dont care about visible folderband, so i dont use this, but i care about users, and about what they think its usefull for them.
