Aither is a mac osx style theme for windows 7, made by Pavlos Pitselas (ZEUSosX).

THIS WORK its not a stand alone work.

It has 2 visual styles and a system file (explorerframe.dll) for each version (32 bit and 64 bit)

It has been made for using together with my ''sp1 ZEUS osX for Win 7'' system file theme, just replacing the explorerframe.dll of your system and use this from this pack.

so depending if your system is a 32 bit or a 64 bit one, you must first download my sp1 ZEUS osX for Win 7 32bit [link] or 64 bit [link] and follow the instructions of them.
from this theme just copy paste the themes and the explorerframe.dll

The difference between them is the scrollbars, and the main push button.

Aither has new style scrollbars and circle style pushbutton.

Macos x has lion style scrollbars and square style pushbutton.

this work is not a copy of osx but based to the forms of osx designed a different personal aproach ---> Aither

Macos (1)word meaning : 'mecos'= length in ancient Athenian also Ionian language and in Byzantine and in nowdays Greek, and 'macos' in doric and aeolian ancient greek dialects and in nowdays tsaconian= spartan dialect that still speaken in some villages in southeastern Pelloponese[south Greece], where is my hometown, and also in Ancient Greek Macedonian and Aeolian Thessalian dialects.

Aither = Aether is , is the material that fills the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere.
The word αἰθήρ (aithēr) in Homeric Greek means "pure, fresh air" or "clear sky", imagined in Greek mythology to be the pure essence where the gods lived and which they breathed, analogous to the air breathed by mortals (also personified as a deity, Aether, the son of Erebus and Nyx).

IN ancient and in nowdays Hellenic (=Greek) [Active CODE] language, every letter, and every word is a specific number, and it has a specific meaning.

ZEUS ( or DEUS or DIAS) is Master of immortal Gods in Hellenic (=Greek) Active CODE [arithmetic machine logic] language, and APPLE is the given gift from ZEUS .

So the name of the THEME choosen from Hellenic = GREEK language and civilization.

INSTRUCTIONS

so:
UNZIP all files, using freeware 7z [link]

Then go to Control pane [view by category] -->so Go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window Never Notify.
Restart

Copy all the folders included in the folder Macos X style Themes by ZEUSosx'[after unzip all files, and copy them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes ,provided C is your Windows drive).
so copy all the folders that are inside in the folder Macos X style Themes by ZEUSosx, and paste them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
copy all the folders that are inside in the folder Wallpapers, and paste them to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Mac os X Wallpapers

a. Obtain Permisions and Ownership of explorerframe.dll that located in C:\Windows\System32
( example of taking ownership to a random system file
[link] , internet explorer compatible) also text of how to take Obtain Permisions and Ownership included to the pack.

b. Backup you original explorerframe.dll by renaming them to explorerframe.old2

Copy the new explorerframe.dll from this pack to C:\Windows\System32

restart.

(for 64 hit users only : there is another explorerframe.dll to your system located to c:\windows\syswow64 and this must be replaced from the 32bit version explorerframe.dll that existed on my pack as the files of c:\windows\syswow64 are 32bit ones!!!)

i made this version compatible with Windows Close Button Resizer, a freeware small application which Resize Close Button’s Width In Windows 7 & Vista, so please download it [link] and change and set the value to 1.000 (credits to Kishan Bagaria)
